One of Australia's largest security workforces moved onto Workday HCM. RECKKTECH's founder led the data migration end to end: source-to-target mapping, transformation, validation and post-migration reconciliation — partnering with HR, Finance and technical teams and supporting every critical integration across the enterprise.

2018–19 Cardinal Health Manual stock transfers Automated migration engine Zero errors
No off-the-shelf product fit the problem, so we built one: a custom stock-transfer migration tool that automated the move from legacy to target system for a global healthcare logistics business. Exception handling and reconciliation reporting were built in, not bolted on.

The studio's founding project: a mobile application taken from concept to working product by one pair of hands — wireframing, UI/UX, backend database design and deployment. Self-funded, self-built, and the reason RECKKTECH exists.

2016–17 Toyota Australia Vendor sprawl Governed Salesforce data One source
As Data Manager, owned Salesforce vendor management and championed global data governance for one of the world's biggest automotive brands. Migrated data into Salesforce, streamlined processes, and consolidated redundant vendor tasks — the single accountable liaison between business stakeholders and multiple vendors.

A global data-migration initiative: business and financial data from campaigns across multiple countries, aligned and moved into one central master database. Served as Scrum Master on the MDM and database workstreams, led testing across the database and integration points, and automated the reporting and migration processes themselves.

A decade inside one of Africa's leading investment banks, building a custom reporting engine and the data take-on and migration solutions behind new system implementations — where normalisation and data-quality standards weren't best practice, they were the job description.
